    Graphic & Print Designer

    Recruiting for a part-time position here at First Friends. This position would prepare graphics and publications for web, social media and print. This position must have a good understanding of Adobe InDesign and a proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator. Qualified and interested parties can get an application at the church’s main Welcome Center.

    First Friends is receiving applications for a part-time Facilities Coordinator position. This position is 10-20 hours per week and mainly working on weekends and filling in for various shifts. Interested persons can get an application at the church’s main Welcome Center.

    Director of Sports Ministry

    We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sports Ministry.

    Profile of First Friends Sports Ministry
    First Friends Sports Ministry has over 56 leagues with offerings that reach all ages: ranging from age five to sixty plus years old. Sports offerings include basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, youth baseball, softball, cheerleading, and exercise classes. First Friends Arts Academy also falls under sports ministry umbrella, which consists of classes in dance, drawing, and drama. We offer summer camps for area youth in basketball, volleyball and the Arts. First Friends Church sits on 40 residential acres with 15 acres dedicated to sports fields: three baseball fields, and two soccer fields. Inside the church we have two full size hard wood courts used for basketball and volleyball leagues and an additional dance studio room. There are 4,100 plus participants and coaches in our sports programs per year. Visit our Sports website at firstfriendssports.com to get a scope of the Ministry.

    Personal and Professional Qualifications
    We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has these strong, proven personal and professional qualities:
    1. Evident love for Jesus with passion and ability to share the Gospel
    2. Ability to advance the FFC Sports Ministry through strategic thinking and vision casting with corresponding ability to implement the vision.
    3. Strong communication skills – presentational, written, interpersonal and group communication skills and able to interact with all ages.
    4. Strong administrative/leadership skills – able to manage at a macro and micro levels.
    5. Demonstrated coaching and sports ministry experience and corresponding skills.
