This NEW group for parents of middle school and high school aged children, will study Love and Respect in the Family by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. An unloved child (or teen) negatively reacts in a way that feels disrespectful to a parent. A disrespected parent negatively reacts in a way that feels unloving to the child.  This dynamic gives birth to the FAMILY CRAZY CYCLE. So how is one to break out of this cycle? In the Bible, God has spoken specifically to parents on how to parent. Building on a foundation of strong biblical principles, you will learn entirely new and practical ways to approach the family dynamic.

The P.R.A.Y Sunday morning group is for anyone desiring an in-depth, interactive Bible study. This Fall we will continue our study of the life of Jesus as recorded in the Gospel of Luke. We are not as concerned about getting through the gospel of Luke as we are the Gospel of Luke getting through us. We are always looking for ways to challenge our understanding of Jesus and how to best apply new revelation to our current walk with Him. We are also a group who care deeply for each other in prayer. Most of us are sandwiched between concerns for aging parents and the joys and challenges of young grandchildren.

Transformation should be the goal of every true disciple of Jesus Christ.  Transformation comes at a cost...and an important aspect of transformation is the Word of God.  The Word of God does several very important things for us:
  • It reveals the Holy nature and character of God
  • It gives us instructions for Godly living
  • It reveals God's master plan for the world
  • It tells us what is coming in the future
  • It tells us what is in store for every true disciple
Please join us as we are navigating through the Bible and seeking the revelation of what God has for us.  We are currently going through the books of 1st and 2nd Samuel.

This group is for couples married 5 or less years, with or without children, and who desire to grow stronger in their faith journey, learn more about biblical intimacy, and develop skills for overcoming adversity in marriage. This Fall we will use Dr. Emerson Eggerichs Love & Respect. A wife has one driving need―to feel loved. When that need is met, she is happy. A husband has one driving need―to feel respected. When that need is met, he is happy. When either of these needs isn’t met, things get crazy. Love and Respect reveals why spouses react negatively to each other, and how they can deal with such conflict quickly, easily, and biblically.

This Connect Group is for married couples with children from pre-school through elementary school. This Fall we will complete a verse-by-verse look at the book of Jonah using the Right Now Media curriculum by Eric Mason. The story of Jonah gives us a picture of a man on the run due to his own selfish desires. Instead of showing mercy to his enemies, he determined to keep God's grace to himself rather than share it with those he considered undeserving. This study offers a profound glimpse into the conflict that occurs when God calls resistant believers to his mission. Can you relate?
