RUOK Middle School Retreat

WHAT IS RUOK (MUD WEEKEND)? RUOK is a 36-hour middle school weekend filled with high voltage, pedal to the metal, non-stop fun AND time to Connect with God, with friends, and with leaders.
COST? By October 3rd $70 – includes Tyvek full body suit for the mud pit. Scholarships are available to help with cost. Text Ben Croston at 330-714-1122 to discuss.

PACKING LIST
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Comfy/Warm clothes
- Mud clothes – things you might never see again.
- 2 pairs of shoes (mud and casual)
- $10/15 spending money
- Towel
- Toothbrush/paste
- Soap
- Deodorant
- Bible
- Garbage bag
- Flashlight
- MEDICATIONS: Please do not pack in suitcases. Please place all your medications in a ziplock baggie with your name on the bag and turn in at registration on Friday.
